Professional Trainer

Qualifications

• Male or Female, age 35 years or below
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and customer service is mandatory
• Experience as professional trainer is of advantage
• Experience in the hospitality or freight forwarding industry are of advantage
• Good command of Thai and English, spoken and written
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, service minded
• Able to start working within 1 month

Main Duties

• Contribute and be involved in the development of training content
• Conduct professional trainings in the fields sales, customer service and others
• Assist in the production of presentations and training materials

• Thai national
• Male or Female, age 28 years or below
• Diploma’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field
• At least 1 year of job experience in administrative function or related fields
• Fresh graduates with honors degree are also welcome to apply
• Good command of Thai and English, spoken and written
• Good computer skills, particularly Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of ACT and SPSS is of advantage but not mandatory
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, organized and service-minded
• Able to start working within 1 month

• Research of information on the Internet
• Prospect list development
• Data entry, data base maintenance and update
• Sending of newsletters and other promotional material to different subscriber groups
• Making and receiving of phone calls
• Filing and other administrative work
