How do you identify suitable Sellers?

At first, it is most important to us to clearly understand your investment objectives and areas of your interest. Due to our close and trusted cooperation with numerous local clients on top management level, we are either aware already or are otherwise able to identify and approach parties potentially interested in finding new investors.

How can you help us finding suitable Sellers?

Either we know potential investors already or we can assist you in sourcing for strategic buyers. With our strategic planning and M&A services, we helped already a number of clients to secure external funding for their business or to find a strategic buyer through our M&A Matchmaking services.

What is the typical transaction size?

We helped start-up companies to secure external investment of up to USD 10 million and have assisted small and medium-sized Limited Liability Companies in finding buyers and investors. Furthermore, we supported large international companies and investors to identify suitable investment opportunities in Thailand. Transactions were in the range of sheer asset sales and staff takeover to full strategic company integration.

How long will it take?

This very much depends on the requirements, flexibility, price, condition of the business and economy in the overall price as well as the opportunities available in the market. Sometimes, things can go amazingly fast, in other cases it can take up to 12 months and longer from the very beginning of the discussion until the closing of a deal. We will be happy to review influencing factors together with you and help you identify the best options.

How do you ensure confidential treatment?

We protect your confidentiality through Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) and will only disclose information on need-to-know basis after having received your prior consent and approval.

How do you charge for your M&A Services?

We charge an hourly service fee for our M&A consulting and strategic planning services and a success fee upon the first payment from buyer to seller for a successful M&A transaction.

Do you offer Due Diligence Services?

Financial due diligence should be performed by highly qualified auditor firms specializing in this field. While we are experienced with numbers and financials, our focus is on M&A Matchmaking, M&A Strategy, and strategic evaluation of a transaction. As a lead consultant, we are happy to act as a coordinator between all parties and, if desired, will be happy to introduce suitable locally operating service providers to you.
